Matthew Rosenkilde is the founder and CEO of Torch Wellness and Consulting, LLC. Matthew started his career in mental health counseling in 2014 in addition to studying personal training, nutrition, and strength & conditioning. Along with general mental health experience, Matthew has had professional involvement working with children and youth, crisis interventions, behavioral health leadership and those struggling with anxiety, depression, mental illness, homelessness, and eating disorders.
Matthew is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, where he earned his Masters’ Degree in Professional Counseling so he could deepen his ability to help others help themselves. Matthew uses the theoretical orientation of humanistic-existentialism as the center to his approach to quality clinical care. The fundamental elements of this approach are meaning, purpose and poses two basic questions, “How is one presently living?” and “How is one willing to live?” This orientation is central to Torches approach to maximum health and wellness.
Matthew offers an innovative approach to traditional counseling with evidence based interventions. Torch has creatively developed a way to combine and prioritize mental and physical health in one setting. Evidence supports that there is a direct correlation between mental and physical health, which Torch provides in a revolutionary totality combining the two with distinct correlation. Empowering and inspiring people to feel safe while transforming their mind and body through counseling and personal health and wellness is Matthew’s purpose-driven goal.
Matthew is a native of Mesa, Arizona and enjoys spending time with his family, whether it’s playing the guitar, singing, or cooking. Matthew is an avid reader, writer, and motivational and inspirational speaker.

Hope Sechrest is a Licensed Master Social Worker who started her professional career in 2015. Hope has experience in infant and toddler mental health, mental health consultation, general mental health services, solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, veteran services, and behavioral health leadership and management. Hope has training and education in infant toddler mental health, mental health first aid (MHFA), Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
Hope is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned her Masters’ Degree in Social Work as an avenue to be able to provide clinical practice in a person center, strength-based approach. The theoretical orientation of Hope’s practice is person-centered services that look toward attachment styles, family systems, and humanistic practices to guide her practice and provide quality clinical care. The fundamental elements of these approaches are how we relate to others, how others relate to us, and how every individual has the capacity to grow emotionally and psychologically towards goal of self-actualization and personal fulfilment.
Hope was raised in Chandler, Arizona and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and hiking with her dog. When she is not out and about, she can be found working on home improvements, reading a good book, or baking something delicious.
Rick Sigler is a Certified Personal Trainer with Torch Wellness and Consulting, LLC. Rick is a devoted fitness enthusiast for over four years concentrating on the holistic modality of mind and body total wellness. Rick graduated from ISSA with certificates in personal training, transitional specialist, and as a life coach. As a behavioral health technician, Rick has practiced integrating the behavioral aspect with the physical component to merge optimal overall health and well-being. Rick has experienced the benefits of this model in his own life.
As Rick was exploring his passions at ISSA and through his connections with mental health providers, Rick has been able to identify his purpose and mission to help others while achieving this brand of wellness in his own life.
Rick is a Mesa, Arizona native who lives in the Valley with his wife of 14 years and his three children. Rick believes in encouraging and motivating personal growth and has dedicated his career to offering determination and ongoing support to improve and instill knowledge along with healthy habits to his clients.
Dominique is a Certified Life Coach and a Senior Leader at a Top Fortune 5 company with over a decade of leadership experience. In 2017, she completed the Advanced Coaching Program through Coach U to pursue her passion of supporting the holistic growth of individuals to live out their most thrilling and fulfilled lives.
Both groups and individuals who have experienced Dominique’s coaching agree that she is a phenomenal motivator, leader, and inspirational voice whose focused approach leads people to become their best selves. Outside of one-on-one coaching, she also facilitates interactive seminars and trainings such as her Becoming You seminar, 3 Ways to Level Up Your Leadership Webinar, and her Leadership 101 training series. Weekly, Dominique leads a MasterMind group for high achievers who collectively leverage their wisdom to pursue exponential growth in both their personal and professional lives.
Studying Church Ministries and Psychology at Bethany University, Dominique has served in both Youth and Women’s Ministry groups.
Outside of her passion for personal development, Dominique has high appreciation for personal fitness, completing Ragnar, Tough Mudder and Super Spartan Races. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, eating burritos, riding her motorcycle, and quality time traveling the world with her spouse.
Lisa M. Mangan is a Certified Life Coach who began her career in the behavioral health field in the late 1980s. From working with children in crisis, teens in residential treatment, to working with adults at the Arizona State Hospital, Lisa’s background in the helping profession is quite extensive.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Arizona State University. In 2014, she completed her Master of Science degree in Leadership. Her vocational journey has led her to pursue both creative endeavors as well as encouraging others to pursue their own journeys of fulfillment.
Having grown up in a military family , she moved extensively during her formative years. After 16 school moves leading up to high school graduation, she is no stranger to adversity, change, or perseverance. She is a published writer, award-winning filmmaker and an award-winning playwright.
